If you enjoy a good oatmeal, you will love this!
Ingredients:
(2 servings)
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup of water (you can add almond milk or any non-diary milk instead)
You can add 1 tbsp maple syrup, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, or 1 tsp vanilla into the batter, but it’s optional.
Instructions:
1- Blend the oats with water until you get a smoothie consistency.
2- Add a tiny oil or spray to a non-stick pan, and pour half of the batter.
3- Cook on medium heat on both sides for 3-5 minutes until the outside is crispy and the inside is gooey.
4- Serve with your favorite toppings; we had it banana, blueberries, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
