Rajan Mengi, Chief Engineer, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna (PMGSY), Jammu, in conversation with Take One correspondent Rajinder Kitchloo said that 5,000 KM road constructed in the last 2 years and this year we have the target of 500 KM more. Besides, Rajan Mengi gave an overview of three schemes under PMGSY. He further added that Government is always at the forefront to reaching out to financial needs when it comes to building the road. Rajan Mengi said that the roads covered under PMGSY are not an accident and adverse-weather conditions prone.
