Keb-El-Ghazal: One of my absolute favorite Moroccan sweets. They are incredibly hard to find in the states so I tried preparing them at home.
As it was my first time making these, I used a recipe from the wonderful La Maison Arabe in Marrakech. 🙌🏼
For best results, leave the cookies on a baking tray overnight covered in a clean cloth. The next day, brush with egg wash that’s been thinned with orange blossom water and bake. It’s important to not over bake these as the cookies will dry out.
