Recipe: Crab pasta with leek, peas and chilli
Serves 2
2 tbsp Olive Oil
100g wholegrain pasta or GF pasta
200g White Crab meat
3 cloves garlic, finely choppes
200g peas
200g leek, roughly chopped
½ red chilli
20g Basil, roughly chopped
20g fresh Oregano, roughly chopped
100g watercress
Seasoning
1 Lemon, juice
Method
Add pasta to boiling salted water for 6 minutes until cooked al dente
Add oil to a large pan on medium heat with garlic and cook for 2 minutes
Add the leeks and peas and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened with seasoning
Add your crab meat and stirring for 30 seconds
Add the oregano and basil with watercress and the pasta
Stirring in some chilli and finishing with olive oil and lemon juice
