The 5 Tibetans is a quick yoga practice reported to be over 2,500 years old.
Complete body exercise, it is based on the breath control and costant repetitions.
I will guide You with an introduction of 5 repetition, the ultimate level requires 21 repetition for each exercise.
The practise is particularly recommanded in the morning to start the day in the proper way and with a positive attitude to the world around You.
