Fill up -
When you go to a party and a generous host fills you up with food and offers more, you can say...
Thanks, I'm FILLed UP with your delicious cooking.
It means, you can't eat more because you are already full.
Fill out -
Another less common use of FILL OUT...
Fill out - also means, to expand.
Example:
John ate so much of his girlfriend's cooking that he started to FILL OUT his t-shirt that was too large.
FILL IN - to give someone details about something.
When you meet your friend the next day he might ask you to FILL him IN on what happened at the party.
That's another use of FILL IN.
