Convicted by a jury of multiple crimes, former Baltimore City Detective Robert Hankard is now waiting to be sentenced. Those crimes include providing a gun he knew would be planted on a suspect. A man who said his arrest was based on false evidence is speaking out about Hankard and other officers involved in his case.
