This 7 minute guided meditation for kids with relaxing music will help kids focus on mindful breathing. Taking a moment for kids to focus on their breath and body, noticing when their thoughts go here and there, and brining focus back to the breath and body is a helpful way for kids to calm down and just be present in their body.
Take this time for yourself. Remember to be kind to yourself and others.
