We all have our ideas of how the world would be a better place,
But would it be possible to actually change the world?
And if so how would that even be possible?

I used to think that trying to change others for my own convenience
Would be the way to go.

If they would change or behave the way I would prefer, I would live a comfortable life,
And that way, ‘I’ didn’t have to change.

But did trying to change another every worked for you?
At least for me it didn’t at all.I only realised it doesn’t work, when other’s tried to change me all the time.
It provokes the opposite results and isn’t nurturing ground to actually be willing to develop at all.

So if trying to change others, even with the best intentions, works counter productive,
Then how could we change the world for the better?

Could changing ourselves really change the world for the better?
And what does that even mean, changing ourselves?
Do we not have to be able to stay ourselves?
And what does it mean being our true authentic selves?
