This no-bake lotus Biscoff cheesecake. If you’ve never tried biscoff, you should definitely try this dessert.
Ingredients
Crust
- 30 Lotus biscuits I like having more lotus biscuits so add more if need I like a thicker crust .
-85g Butter
Filling
-240ml Double cream
-350g Cream Cheese
-260g Biscoff Spread
-80g Icing Sugar
Topping
-Remaining Biscoff spread melt and pour on top
