In this long-awaited test, I run through eight different combinations of 120mm case fans, from a simple 2-fan setup (front/rear) to 6 fans, which is the max in my be quiet! Pure Base 500DX case. And I don't just test them at max RPM, I go the extra step and provide dB-normalized results, which makes it a whole lot more interesting! Note that I didn't conduct idle benchmarks, because the 200RPM minimum RPM of the Arctic P12 fans I used made them virtually silent regardless of the number in the chassis.
