Bardstown is a popular stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail because the Heaven Hill, Barton 1792, and Bardstown Bourbon Company distilleries are all located there, though Barton no longer gives tours. If you ask locals to suggest a place to hunt for bourbon while in town, they will likely suggest the Blind Pig Bourbon Market on North Third Street downtown. We took our video camera to the Blind Pig and filmed the bottles that they had to offer during our visit.
