For the past few weeks Annie's been struggling with heel pain (possibly due to growth). She hasn't been vaulting or tumbling as much in practice. She has also been struggling on her series in beam (maybe because she is growing which is throwing her timing off) The day before she competed she only did 2 back walkover back handsprings. During warmup she didn't throw any. She was so determined to not give up and fought threw the fear. On vault she only warmed up one and competed one. On floor she only warmed up one front tumbling pass and one back tumbling pass before competing. Needless to say, I am super proud of her for the tenacity she shows in times of struggles.

Annie is a 10 year old gymnast training level 8 this year. Proud to be a Coral Girl!
