Hello everyone,
In this video, I do a quick summary on Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondyalgia) as well as 3 exercises that I get patients to perform who come into the clinic with this condition.
1) Forearm Extensor Stretch - Palm down. Grab your fingers with other hand and pull fingers and wrist into flexion (and in ulnar deviation - at an angle away from you is the direction of pull). Hold 20-30 seconds.
2) Wrist Extension Isometric - Non affected side pushes into wrist flexion and affected side pushes into wrist extension. Hold for 15 seconds. Repeat
3) Resisted Wrist Extension (Use a mini band, theraband or soup can) - Extend wrist against gravity. Aim for 10-15 reps. Repeat
Give these a go and let me know how they go!
