To celebrate Erwin Smith's birthday, this theme, Before Lights Out, was played despite its a variant of APETitan from Season 2, in Season 3, Part 2 of the Attack on Titan anime when Erwin began to challenge the Beast Titan (eventually turned out to be Zeke Jaeger) only for them to be defeated. Erwin has been described as charasmatic and defending humanity at no cost.
