Getting the players bodies and minds
ready for the lesson thru this 6 simple drills for kids ages 3-7 years old.
I'd call a colour and they would then go and catch the ball with their feet as quickly as they can.
Then we used this same method when feed the ball and they try to control the ball back to me when they stand at the correct color spot.
Things to keep an eye on the quality of the throw (does the player use their bodies correctly) when I next do this I will slow the call down to unsure some quality in this area)
We will be looking at recovery positions from the mini court baseline for red match plays.
