Recipe

400 g beef (tenderloin)
2 spring onions
1-1 tsp Starch
1 tsp salt
1-1 cup of cooking wine
1-1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 mk sugar
50-50ml of water
1 tsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
3 cloves of garlic
5 cm of ginger
