So we decided to drink celery juice for 7 days to see what all the hype is about. Honestly the taste isn't the greatest but you do get used to it.
I felt quite a bit more energized and my skin did seem to breakout a bit less. Most likely because I was drinking and flushing waste but it definitely helped regardless.
The celery juice challenge has gained too much hype on social media lately probably because of the new years resolutions that happen every January
