We join TV chef, author and cookery school teacher John Whaite in his kitchen, as he shares his recipe for red cabbage coleslaw – perfect for barbecues and picnics.
John’s coleslaw is made with red cabbage, red onion and coarsely grated carrot but white cabbage and/or white onion would work well too. This the perfect base coleslaw recipe – try mixing it up by making John’s variations of Fennel & Orange, Sunflower Seed & Dill or Waldorf. Click on the link below for the full recipe to find out how.
As part of our At Home series, we’re welcoming some special guests to our channel from their home kitchens. In each episode they’ll share the recipes they love to cook, what inspires them and their favourite ingredients.
We’d love to know who you’d love to see on our channel or the dishes you’d like us to feature so comment below and let us know what you think.
