You can easily arrange it at home in a very short time.
Phirni or #firni is a classic creamy sweet, which is a type of pudding made by boiling milk, sugar, rice, saffron and cardamom. This is #ramzan&eidspecialrecipe. Today I describe how to make #perfectkolkatamughlaistylericepudding in step by step.
Ingredients of Phirni
50g soaked basmati rice
1 cup powdered sugar
1 litre full cream milk
1 teaspoon green cardamom
1/2 tsp Saffron
1 tsp kewra water
Mothod
At first soak 50g of basmati rice for 30 minutes
Soak Mitti Bowl in the water for 30 minutes
Soak Mitti Bowl in the water for 30 minutes
pat dry the rice on chakni for 1hour
Blend rice to coarse paste & keep aside
Boil 1 litre milk in a pan
Boil milk in low flame until milk thick
Add 1/2 tsp Saffron in boil milk
Now add in prepared coarse rice dust & mixed it
Add 1 cup sugar & mixed it
Add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
Add 1 tsp kewra water & mix well
