While Dr. Robotnik's name is in the title, this game bears no relation to the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Rather, it's a Tetris kind of game where you compete against Robotnik's (or Eggman's, if you prefer) robots in a game of Tetris. This game is rather strange, but also really addicting, and I enjoy the competition present in this far more than the rather lonesome air of Columns, where you simply tried to see how long you could last and how many points you could rack up.
