With the goodness of almonds, this gluten-free, almond flour cake is soft with a moist crumb. It’s also the easiest, healthy cake to bake with just 4 ingredients. And a must-try with a cuppa tea or coffee or a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on the side! Enjoy!
Ingredients -
4 Eggs, separated
1 ½ cups Almond Flour
½ cup Granulated Sugar
¼ cup Almonds, sliced
1 ½ Vanilla Essence
Method-
1) Take 4 eggs and separate the whites and yolk.
2) Take the egg yolks and add sugar to it.
3) Beat the mix till thick, creamy & light in colour.
4) Add almond flour and fold together using a spatula.
5) Beat 4 egg whites till stiff and fold the egg whites one spoonful at a time in the batter.
6) Add vanilla essence to it and mix it.
7) Transfer the batter to the baking tin.
8) Sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
9) Bake it for 30 mins at 175°C and its ready.
10) Serve with tea or ice-cream.
