Footwork transition is very important in order for you to be able to move more efficient and effectively around the court. This footwork is part of split step footwork.
You can start practice from 1st corner to the 2nd corner, back to 1st corner than go to the 3rd corner, back to the 1st corner so and so forth.
Do this exercise for 1-2 min x 10, or you can adjust to your own preference.
