I created this video in hopes that it will make working/studying from home a little less isolating for you as many of us have been through a series of lockdowns. In this video, I am editing a video in Adobe Premiere Pro.

🎵 I've carefully curated music for this video based on a few genres: future garage, Lo-Fi, chill electronic, ambient, atmospheric sci-fi, synths, and mellow tones ideal for creative work, video editing, studying, programming, coding, and anyone looking to simply chill, destress, get into deep focus and a state of "flow". Most of the tracks are non-vocal to be less distracting. Tracklist and credits further down this description.

What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro technique is a productivity time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980's. It breaks work into focused sessions, typically a 25/5 interval i.e. - 25 minutes work and 5 minutes break. It helps to reduce interruptions to your flow. This video includes a Pomodoro timer in text and a bell alarm that you can follow. Feel free to repeat if you want to work longer than 2 hours.
