Today's workout was inspired a prison-style workout which is a circuit and ladder routine consisting of any two types of bodyweight movements divided into sets of 20.

Those two exercises were standard "7-count" burpees and tuck jumps. The workout is as follows:

This circuit consists of 20 sets. The rep scheme looks like this:
Set 1: 20 Reps (Burpees)
Set 2: 1 Rep (Tuck Jumps)
Set 3: 19 Reps(Burpees)
Set 4: 2 Reps (Tuck Jumps)
Set 5: 18 Reps (Burpees)
Set 6: 3 Reps (Tuck Jumps)
Set 7: 17 Reps (Burpees)
Set 8: 4 Reps (Tuck Jumps)
Set 9: 16 Reps (Burpees)
Set 10: 5 Reps (Tuck Jumps)
Set 11: 15 Reps (Burpees)
Set 12: 6 Reps (Tuck Jumps)
Set 13: 14 Reps (Burpees)
Set 14: 7 Reps (Tuck Jumps)
Set 15: 13 Reps (Burpees)
Set 16: 8 Reps (Tuck Jumps)
Set 17: 12 Reps (Burpees)
Set 18: 9 Reps (Tuck Jumps)
