・Sake : 8g
・Sugar : 30g (I used granulated sugar.)
・Water : 15g

・Green onion

■十勝豚丼と十勝豚丼のタレ（レシピ）1人前
[材料]
・豚肉 : 150-200g
[十勝豚丼のタレ]
・醤油 : 18g
・みｒん : 10g
・料理酒 : 8g
・砂糖 : 30g (動画ではグラニュー糖を使っています。)
・水 : 15g

北海道の十勝地方の料理として知られています。
作り方に特徴があって、
砂糖をカラメルにしてから豚丼のタレを作ります。
なのでほのかな香ばしい香りがある豚丼に仕上がります。
また、豚肉は北海道では炭火で調理されることが多いです、
なので動画では味を近づけるようにバーナーで炙りました。(*´▽｀*)！
