In the Elder Scrolls Online on the current public test server (PTS) for Gold Road, It has become painfully obvious that people are really confused about how to ACCESS the new Skills. Some of this is because they simply didn't read, but a LOT of it is to do with picking either the WRONG character template OR not understanding where to find the consumables in order to access the system itself.

Today i briefly explain how to access it all and how the scribing system works so that you can get straight in and mess with it!
