Here is my Chimi Churri sauce recipe!
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bunch of parsley
12 cloves of garlic
1/2 of a large onion
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
mix everything in a food processor or a blender, chill, and serve on beef!
