This week we cover The Tomahawk Steak.
This is a simple and great recipe for an amazing Tomahawk Steak or steaks in general. We started with a Dry Salt Brine and brined overnight. Next, we smoked it for half an hour and then seared the steak over direct flames. This was an awesome Ribeye and I was able to feed the entire family of 4!!!
