Instructions: First, mail your character 1x Goblin Glider, 3x or more Fel Meteorites, and some Strange Dimensional Shards (optional)
Now go to the east end of the courtyard and face west (as seen in the video), use one Fel Meteorite to clear over the roof tops, use Goblin Glider, then use a second Fel Meteorite to make glider go faster, and 3rd one when passing around the invisible wall as shown. If you have a 4th or 5th fel meteorite you can just simple use them to extend your glider time to the drop off point, but I only had 3, so I opted to use some Strange Dimensional Shards to teleport myself quicker across the land.
Once you're at the void in the map, just simply kill yourself by jumpin off and upon death you will get a loading screen and spawn in Westfall. Just talk to the Spirit and rez. Also if you mail yourself at least 5 copper as well, you can take the flightmaster to Stormwind rather than trek manually on foot/mount. This last step is vital if you wish to Lock your Character's EXP to remain as a level 1 forever, as traveling from Westfall to Stormwind Keep on foot risks you gaining too much exp from exploring the zones... just make sure to mail yourself enough gold to cover the flight and the experience lock.
Also on a side note: For as long as you do not log off, you will remain a Gilnean Human that is unable to transform into a Worgen. So this means you can theoretically level up as a human all the way to Max Level if you do not log out at all. Just use an anti-afk macro when you need to take a break or step away from your computer (i.e. sleep) and enjoy being one of the only High Level Gilnean Humans at least until the weekly reset... Because once you disconnect and log back on, you will immediately become a worgen and gain all missing racial spells.
