Hold your arm still extended out in front of you. Elbow straight, arm flexed to about 135 degrees. This is almost the release point of your throwing motion. Make a fist and close your eyes. Ask a partner to randomly, lightly tap your arm from different positions trying to move your arm out of position. Tighten your arm and shoulder and try to maintain your arm in its position. Continue for 30 seconds.
