In this HVAC Furnace Video, I show you how the Combination Gas Valve receives the voltage to keep the pilot valve open via the Thermocouple. I show you the exact part of the gas valve that keeps the gas flow open to the pilot and the main valve as well as how it works. I go over how to test this solenoid as well as how to test the thermocouple correctly. Supervision is needed by a licensed HVAC Tech before doing this as Experience and Apprenticeship garners Wisdom and Safety.
