In this video I go through my Vanguard portfolio as of Q4 2021.
My portfolio is is made up entirely by the FTSE Global All Cap. This is a global index fund that tracks nearly 7,000 stocks. I invest monthly into this index fund and have done for a number of years.
Why do I take the global approach? Firstly, so I'm globally diversified. Secondly, as I believe it's impossible to beat the market and select the country that is going to perform the best ahead of time, so I take a global investment approach.
In the video I also go through how I have dollar cost averaged over time, the past performance of the FTSE Global All Cap, as well as looking at my year in review to see how much I have contributed and how much growth I have had in my S&S ISA in 2021.
Finally, I touch on my strategy going forward into 2022.
