Disbelief Papyrus (interstellar Retribution) Whatever you like to call it is a really awesome song, so I decided to make it METAL.

I can count the amount of times I tried making a Metal remix on my hand so I do apologize if I'm inexperienced or have labeled the song incorrectly. Still learning!

So this song is absolutely insane. Transcribing it was a challenge because D.B.O.Y.D. is just able to throw out these crazy riffs, and there were quite a few of them. I also tried making my own riffs to accompany his which you will find at 1:41 and 3:34 I even sprinkled in some bonetrousle at some points to make this more relevant to undertale.

So, Metal attempt number 2 I guess. Got some guitars, choir, string ensemble, an organ and one of those really old school sounding synths. Mixing it was the toughest I feel, because while I'm so used to electronic music, you don't really sidechain in rock/metal. At least not much more than just the kick and bass. So having to fit all the sounds together was a bit of a challenge, not to mention with how much guitars can overlap over basically everything in a mix (electric guitars generally cover a lot of the spectrum). It was fun and refreshing to throw in other sounds like a synth and even an organ. The song sounded kinda stale when I originally had only guitars lol

Also oh boy college is starting up again soon which means I'll be pretty busy but I'll still try to get an upload a week out if I can. I'm very close to graduating though (I'll finally get my Sound Production Degree in 2020 hopefully) but I'm at the home stretch and I really really hope I can get it done!
