BETA Stage 3 Software for 8TDW.01 TCU - TCT Gearbox.

Original is pretty lame, always shifts at ~6100RPM, even in manual mode. So it would kill a lot of potential of big turbo. Also, I don't want go crazy with torque, to get 300HP+ @6000, because it's still full stock engine.

Other modifications of TCU:
- Lifted up torque limiters
- Gear change reaction on paddle etc.
