Outside the Logan office, south of Brisbane, people come and go from the "connection hub".
They make cups of tea, sit down for a chat, or get assistance while looking for jobs.
4 Voices founder and former chief executive of Orange Sky Laundry, Jo Westh, said they connect women experiencing homelessness or domestic violence digitally and socially — but anyone is welcome.
"It's really important people can just come share a cup of tea with us without feeling that they're being judged or evaluated,” Ms Westh said.
"It's all about creating a relationship with someone."
