This guitar sounds like an old Martin 00. The cutaway makes for easy access to the higher frets. The combination of Brazilian Rosewood with Adirondack Red Spruce defined the sound of the late twenties and thirties Martins. The famous inlay master Larry Robinson (he wrote the book on pearl inlay, literally) added some beautiful butterflies and flowers to this fingerboard that are absolutely stunning. This beauty was commissioned by a collector of early SC guitars and he asked for the best of everything. The woods are top notch throughout and Larry Robinson hand inlaid some of the most beautiful work you can find on the fingerboard. You might be tempted to hang this on the wall and stare at it, but trust me you'll want to play it. The voice is sweet and as pleasing as many old Martins I've held. - [ Ссылка ]
