Lemon Powder Written Recipe With Directions

Ingredients:

-Lemons (nimbu) ½ Kg
-Sugar (cheeni)
-Yellow food color
Directions:
-Squeeze out the lemon juice in a bowl.
-In a steel pan/pizza pan, add ½ cup lemon juice and sugar 6 cup.
-Spread it properly.
-Keep it under the fan for 10 hours.
-Then, mix well with a spoon.
-After that, Keep it at room temperature for 2 days. After every 10-12 hours, mix it well with the spoon.
-Now, add this to a grinder and grind well to make a powder, then strain it (optional). OR In a grinder, add this mixture and food color. Grind well to make a powder, then strain it.
-In a glass, add ice cubes, chilled water, and 2 tsp lemon powder. Mix well.
-Serve and Enjoy!

Tips and Tricks:

-The amount of sugar is four times the amount of lemon juice.
-Keep lemon powder at room temperature.
