This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Movement and at the same time physical activity can have a huge impact on our lives. The impact of one of the determinants of health is invaluable in times of widespread diseases of civilization. In addition, the human desire to meeting the challenges in this area teaches us skillful set themselves goals, makes our lives a revalues, richer, more interesting, we learn a lot about my own body and psyche and as a result of such actions, we become better people. We are healthier, we are able to act in the name of higher goals and to treat his own life and health as the highest value.
