Today at Booze On The Rocks, we make the Jasmine cocktail. The Jasmine was created by Paul Harrington when his freind Matt Jasmine asked him to "make something you have never made before". Paul used the Pegu Club cocktail as his inspiration. When Paul presented his cocktail to Matt, his response was "you have invented graperuit juice" This cocktail is lightly bitter with ornage and lemon notes. Try it out and let me know what you think.

JASMINE

1.5 oz/45 ml Gin
.25 oz/7.5 ml Campari
.25 oz/7.5 ml Cointreau
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lemon Juice

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Strain intoo a Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
