I begin with the "big picture" strategy. Using math and logic is effective, using the bullshit most sales people are taught to use is not. If you don't have 3 - 5 objections for each of the predictable objections (price, payment, and trade-in) you are not prepared to sell and your training is woefully inadequate. Sell like a pro, not like a car salesman.
