Rice pudding is a dessert that I have loved since I was a child. Last year I went to Turkey and I tried it there. They called it “sutlac” and it was just divine! They baked it in an oven until it had a caramel crust. Very tasty dessert!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

100 g rice | ½ cup
200 g sugar | 1 cup
1 liter milk | 5 cups
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt
Cinnamon for garnish
