I am currently 9 weeks into dieting and have so far lost 11.5lbs in that time. Trying to practice posing after every session at the gym where I can to build my stamina with it again
This was after a full lower body workout training at UltraFlex gym in Derby
Posing is such an important part of competitive bodybuilding and being able to showcase your physique effectively to your advantage
Posing will change as your physique changes through either a diet or a bulk phase so you must learn to adapt
Trying to embrace every part and love my body at all stages
At that point now of not crazy fat, but definitely not lean! Just mainly flat with the occasional pump after sessions...!
Wellness posing has been a difficult one for me to master and I may well get back to some posing sessions with a coach again soon the leader I get! But for now I am finding my flow myself and trying to enjoy it despite how painful it can be...!
