So I found out recently that Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 is finally being hosted again at EVO for 2023. I genuinely don't remember feeling this giddy about a fighting game at EVO ever since Season 1 Dragon Ball FighterZ. With that in mind, I wanted to do one of my favorite phoenix wright combos that is just plain overkill, even for Thor. Probably gonna go back to hi-fi rush again next week unless I can finally learn how to bold cancel with Dante properly.

The Students had a test on the entire unit today, and I am honestly at a bit of an impasse. The whole week was used to study primarily for the unit test. Not to mention, I announced that I would stay after school for 1 hour each day of that week in case any of the students needed any help with the topics. Heck, I would be okay with the students asking me about stuff from algebra 1 if need be, because according to their tests, it seems a good portion of them don't seem able to do that either. All in all, I'm not trying to berate them (and if I do, it's most likely on accident). However, I'm trying to figure out genuinely if the way I'm teaching them is causing this or the students just don't care enough to try to study for it. When I asked my classmates about how their student teaching is going, they seem to be doing pretty well, which honestly makes me even more confused and stressed about this. Interestingly enough, despite all of this, I'm still less stressed about it all as I was 2-3 weeks ago. I guess at some point I got used to this sort of environment despite it all.
