How to produce the LED indicator lamp?
1. First of all, you should prepare below materials, such as copper parts, indicator plastic parts, Teflon wire, LED, resistors, and other materials.
2.Due to the small volume of the mini LED indicator lamp, we can only use the welding process to weld the LED and resistance then connect the wire. Then put the welded LED lamp through the lamp holder, with the waterproof insulation glue and screw on the copper.
3.Connect the LED indicator lamp to the power test bench for power test, then put it on the withstand voltage test instrument for voltage test.
4. Pack each LED indicator lamp individually.
