Today's episode is on Winter Resting Dendrobiums. I'm sharing how I'm taking of these deciduous dendrobiums during the winter season. For some orchids, it's necessary to have a winter's rest for these plants so that they bloom properly. That mostly means having a cooler and drier winter season so that the plant can initiate their bloom cycle and create buds and flowers at this time.
I'm still trying to figure out how best to give these plants a winter's rest, so it may not be the most ideal way to take care of these plants. If you have any questions or suggestions, please let me know in the comments! Thanks!
