5. Stay in the tundra and go left from the boss teleporter to see a clickable wall. Click break and get the camera after the wall disappears.
6. Wait 20 minutes after talking to Cosmo, then get a popup and talk to him again. (He says tomorrow in the game, but I was told it was 20 minutes)
7. Buy a hotdog and give it to Cosmo.
8. Play a soccer game until you get a popup.
9. Cosmo will give you flowers to deliver to Teo. He is in Gotham and up by the ladders near the two apes that are together. I recommend going to the opposite side and climb those ladders before jump dashing to Teo's side. Climb up and talk to him.
10. Pay 2 million yen to fight and beat Akoya. Teleporter is at the back of Gotham behind the dumpster with the Batman pink syringe.
11. Talk to Cosmo for the style.
