This piece demonstrates a few Gypsy jazz style phrases over an A7 chord that leads into D.
You will learn the uses of the dim7 chord over Dominant 7 chords, the use of the Mixolydian b9b13 scale, the whole-tone scale and a typical Gypsy Jazz ending.
In addition, you will learn the fundamentals of the Gypsy Jazz technique - the Rest Stroke picking and some traditional fast licks from Django Reinhardt musical tradition.
