Multipurpose Dough Recipe

All Purpose Flour. 4 Cups
Warm Milk 3/4 Cup ( 185 ml)
Warm Water. 3/4 Cup (185ml )
Sugar 1/3 Cup ( 85g)
Salted Butter 50g
Egg 1 large
Yeast 2 tsp (instant dry or active dry)
To freeze dough: Shape dough as desired. Instead of letting rise, cover tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and freeze. To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from fridge and allow to rise for 2 hours. Once dough has doubled in size, bake according to recipe instructions.
