I remember these chocolate glazed curds from the time I went to elementary school: I liked these treats from early childhood, and still love them as an addition to a small cup of strong coffee. However, today I make them myself - so I am 100% sure of their quality. Unfortunately, factory-made cheese curds have not been credible for some time now - after revelatory TV shows, when glazed curd cheeses loved by everyone were recognized as a receptacle for dyes, palm oil and even pathogenic bacteria.
To prepare glazed cottage cheese curds at home, you will need:
300 g of cottage cheese;
40 g butter;
40 g of powdered sugar;
1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
2 teaspoons of cocoa powder; a pinch of salt.
For glaze: 80 g dark chocolate; 20 ml vegetable oil (odorless).
